Welcome to Summer Energy Northwest! These Terms of Service govern your use of our solar energy supply services. By enrolling with us, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Summer Energy Northwest is a retail energy supplier specializing in solar power. We supply electricity sourced from solar farms to your home or business. Your local utility continues to deliver the power and maintain infrastructure. No equipment installation is required.

Customer Eligibility

Our services are available in deregulated energy markets where we are licensed. You must have an active utility account in good standing to enroll. We may verify eligibility before completing enrollment.

Pricing and Billing

Your rate is determined by the plan you select. Fixed-rate plans lock in your rate for the contract term. Variable-rate plans may change monthly based on market conditions. Your utility will bill you with our supply charges on your existing bill.

Contract Term and Cancellation

Contract terms vary by plan and are disclosed at enrollment. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime without penalty. Fixed-rate plans may have early termination fees as disclosed in your agreement. Service ends within 1-2 billing cycles after cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Summer Energy Northwest is not responsible for power outages or delivery issues, which remain your utility's responsibility. Our liability is limited to supply charges paid under your agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Regulatory Compliance

Summer Energy Northwest operates in compliance with all applicable state and federal energy regulations. We are licensed by the appropriate public utility commissions in each state where we operate.
